Privacy
This page explains what data this website collects, why, and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR. The site is operated by Mykhaylo Kolesnik, a sole trader registered in Portugal under NIF PT321777301.
What this site collects
This site is a static informational page. It does not run analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party advertising scripts. There are no contact forms, comment systems, or newsletter signups on this site. The only data captured is the standard server access log maintained by the hosting provider for security and reliability purposes (request URL, time, IP address, user agent). Those logs are retained on the provider side and used only to detect abuse or diagnose outages.
Booking and email
The intro-call booking link points to a third-party scheduler (Calendly). When you book a call there, Calendly collects the data you provide and is the data controller for that interaction. Their privacy policy applies. If you contact me directly by email at misha@kolesnik.io, that email is processed by my email provider for the purpose of replying to your inquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in handling your request. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the engagement, then archived or deleted on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data I hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data-protection authority (CNPD). To exercise any of these rights, email misha@kolesnik.io and identify the data you would like reviewed. I respond within 30 days.
Engagements
During paid engagements I sign client-provided data-processing agreements or can provide a baseline GDPR-aligned DPA on request. Client data accessed during an engagement is treated under the terms of that agreement, not this page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated text replaces this page. Significant changes (new processors, new data categories) will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
